The hotel boasts a superb location right at the historic center of the city, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms are stylish but a bit impractical, especially with the noise from a wedding that went until 2 AM one night. The staff was friendly but struggled with English, which made things a little challenging. Overall, it's a decent place, but the noise and the steep stairs were not ideal.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms looked stylish but were impractical, especially with their placement below the roof terrace where a wedding was held until late. The stairs leading to the rooms were steep and lacked a handrail.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, but they struggled with English and couldn't provide much information about local attractions or taxi fares.
Location
10.0
The location is simply perfect, right at the city center, making it easy to access restaurants and attractions nearby.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was served in a beautiful courtyard, and while it was reasonable, a small gesture to offset the sleep disruption would have been appreciated.
Facilities
8.0
While the facilities were decent, the steep stairs may not be suitable for everyone. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was awesome, making it easy to explore the area, and I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were less than ideal, with some unpleasant odors creeping in. While the dining options were reasonable, they could use a bit more variety, especially at breakfast. Overall, I think there’s decent value for money, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in developed a strange sewer-like smell towards the end of my stay and felt quite damp. It also lacked a balcony or minibar despite my booking confirmation, which was disappointing. Getting to the room was a journey, with steep stone steps that had no handrail, making it a bit tricky.
Service
7.0
While the service was generally helpful, especially Cristina at the bar, I did encounter some language barriers as she spoke very little English. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get much help regarding city markets or taxi fares, which was a bit frustrating.
Location

I loved the location! It was close to the city center and near some fantastic restaurants. The hotel is just perfect for anyone looking to explore Puebla.
Dining
6.0
Dining was reasonable, especially enjoying breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. However, I think a small gesture like coffee or tea would have helped with the disrupted sleep I experienced.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary. I didn't take note of any particular amenities that stood out.

My stay at this hotel was quite the experience, with a picturesque view of the Cathedral that truly added to the charm. The rooms had a lovely rustic feel, although they could use a more thorough cleaning. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made exploring easy. However, I did have trouble with noise from a wedding that went until the early hours. Overall, it was a great stay but could use a few improvements.

Rooms

The rooms were elegant with beautiful rustic touches, but they definitely need better cleaning. Also, be prepared for steep stone steps as there was no handrail.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant due to its superb location and beautifully rustic rooms. The service, while friendly, could be improved, particularly in terms of language skills and local knowledge. Although the breakfast was nice, it could have offered more variety. Overall, it’s a great value for money, but the upkeep of the rooms could use some attention.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is absolutely perfect right in the historic center and the staff, especially Cristina at the bar, were friendly and accommodating, my room was damp and did not have the amenities promised. Moreover, a wedding happening above my room kept me up late one night. It’s a beautiful building, but it could use some improvements in comfort and soundproofing.

Rooms

My room unfortunately smelled quite damp and lacked a balcony or mini bar as indicated in my booking. It was comfortable overall but disrupted by noise from a wedding on the roof terrace until 2 am one night.

The building itself is beautiful and adds to the overall charm, but the steep stone steps without a handrail were challenging.
